Deliver personalized care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Aid with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers
Adhere to care plans and agency policies and procedures
Successfully complete required training and demonstrate proficiency in understanding the needs and characteristics of elderly, handicapped, or convalescing individuals
Three positive professional references
Strong verbal and written communication skills at a high school level
Physical capability to lift, transfer, and support clients with mobility needs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Current CPR and first aid certification (or a willingness to obtain it)
